Master Cylinder vs. Clubman Bars question

I put clubman bars on my 81 gs450e this weekend and I noticed that the brake fluid in the master cylinder (the rectangular style) does not seem to cover the outlet hole due to the new angle that it's at after the switch. My brake lever does seem a little bit mushier after switching bars.

Should I just add some extra brake fluid to make sure the outlet is covered at all times? I didn't look to see if there was a way to level the master cylinder.

Use a master off a late model Katana. It works just fine with a single caliper. This one is off of a '95
