Bike has been running fine except for a charging problem. Then yesterday it stopped starting. Everything else seems to be working. All the lights are coming on and the starter turns over, but there is no spark going to the plugs and there is no spark on the points. What would this be coming from?

No spark
If the plugs are not fouled or wet then I would go and check the contact breakers for wear or burning or make sure of correct gaps, wipe, clean& adjust them as required, check the breaker cam for wear or rust andthing that might wear out the bumpers, its possible the condensers are bad. You could check the ignition coil resistance and high tension leads to the plugs.

Points
Found out it was the points. I had orignally sanded them but didn't completely clean them off. Got it running again. Thanks for all the insight though.
