83 750E-turn signal problems
My turn signals don't work. I have tried a new relay and it doesn't make any difference. It is a 3 prong plug and only to posts on the relay. The power wire going into the relay does't line up with either of the 2 posts. This is the Suzuki factory relay. When I run the power to one of the posts with a jumper the signals will come on with the switch but won't flash. Please help I'm not very good with wiring.Tags: None

First, try to find a 3-prong relay. It really does make a difference.
If you can't find one, toss an e-mail my way, I have one sitting in the drawer.

Did someone replace the bulbs? They need to be 1073 bulbs. Others look the same but are rated at other voltages.

My '83 GS750ES also had a three prong plug with a two prong relay in it. When it went bad I got a three prong electronic relay and it didn't work. I got a two prong electronic relay and haven't had a problem with it since. Been in there 5+ years. The electronic ones are not as sensitive to voltage and resistance levels and I highly recommend them.
