Scott, those bars are very...different. And pricey. But I'll bet they look good on your bike. I have a brand new, never installed set of these:

You can have 'em for what I paid, $29.95 (includes shipping). If you want to see what they look like installed, see the August BOM. Same set. Should also fit the '80 750E.

did you just recently buy those? Auction kind of confusing me. Saw yoru bike on BOM definately a nice ride, hope mine can look as nice as that once I finish the overhaul on mine. Yours definately look sliek you put a lot of work into making that bike look as good as it does. Roommate still doesn't get why some people fix up such old bikes... Still hunting for Side covers but I have lost last few auctions on decent lookign ones... even missed ones in my bikes color *fooie*

thanks for the offer man I appreciate it lets see how that pans out I did recently drop a bid on them and I am not one to go retracting my bids.

            Thanks again for your offer

this is like intimidation... new 4-into-1 ... given the ones I have are rusted and highly dented... LOL... I know I would have to re-jet the carbs hrm...cept I not looking for performance really; we still find stock exhaust for our bikes I'm sure

I did just recently buy the set you saw on the auction. It was a mistake on my part. I wanted a set of case savers for my GS1000. I must have mis-red the listing. Like you said, I don't like to retract a bid either, so I let it ride. I was hoping someone would outbid me. No such luck. So now I have an extra set. Maybe I'll just find another bike to put them on!

well by all means if someone outbids me I'll take them off your hands.. you ok with holding them until that auction closes just to see if that happens =)

Yeah, I'm in no hurry. Tell you what. While you're waiting, I'll take some measurements. Then you can see if they match the bolt pattern on your frame.

Yeah I should be able to double check on those and get back to measuring my bike this weekend. Middle two exhaust clamps are shot and I need to replace them so I can seal my pipes... cept bike is not stored at my place since i have no garage so i will have to sit and wait for a few days before I can do anything with it. Thanks:-D

                      Tom:

No such luck I did win the engine bars so I will go ahead and put them on my bike.

Thanks for the offer of that other pair though.
