Help 82 Suzuki GS1100GL 15K miles smoking out of right exhaust pipe

Can someone help me figure why the right side exhaust pipe is smoking on my 82 GS1100GL? About 500 miles ago the carbs were cleaned/rebuilt. There is a little oil on the engine. Does this mean the engine is burning oil and if so what needs to be done. Help Please!

It sounds like the piston rings are stuck IN on the piston.....
Run some GM (General Motors) choke cleaner through the carbs, this may help free the rings off.

Where abouts on the engine is oil? Can you tell where it is coming from? Pull your plugs and see what they look like, also do a compression check to see if something is wrong

Black smoke is from a rich carbs, blue is burning oil. There is also a certain smell associated with each.
