Can you change fork seals "on the bike"?

We have that stuff here in the states too, it's called brake fluid ! LOL

Point taken, but brake fluid doesn't swell all seals, if it did, it would swell the seals in the master cylinder and caliper and probably make the whole lot jam up!
I guess it depends on the composition of the seals.

Go ahead and change the fork oil while you are at it. You will be shocked at what comes out. I did that on my KZ when I installed the springs, and the weeping seal stopped weeping.

I'm going to try and get the fork springs done tonight, and I have brand new fork oil waiting. Thanks for the advice
