Just can't leave you hanging there...What are the reasons that you need an engine rebuild? Miles, Burning oil, low compression, burnt piston, hydro lock with bent rod or crank? Give us a little to go on and you might be surprised at what you'll find. If you have some mechanical ability, you may be able to do most of the work yourself. This site is by far the most helpful and knowledgeable of any that I've seen as they relate to one specific model of bike and everyone here is more than willing to help if at all possible. -

Motor leaks oil bad. I'm thinking since it has to come apart to fix the oil leaks,why not rebuild it. I have mechanical ability but wouldn't be comfortable taking on this job. I would really hate to mess up.Comment
