You're going to have to also raise your jet needle and go up at least one size on your main. 115.
I'd go with a Dynojet kit. It's hard to get the stock needle right with pods because they were intended to be used with an airbox.

What are people with 77 to 79 GSs doing? K&N doesn't make a kit, but I found a seller on ebay that makes different sizes of main jets for these late 70s bikes. I have a vance and Hines exhaust with K&N pods going on soon.

Andrew, you can buy mikuni main jets for your 77-79 bike from your suzuki dealer or from many places on the web (crc2onlinecatalog.com, bikebandit.com, etc). My '77 750 has a Vance and Hines and pod filters and I ended up with 125 mains, and I am still getting the pilot circuit dialed in. 17.5 was too big, so I am back at the stock sized pilot jet (15) but with the pilot screw out an additional turn and I had to raise the needles 2 notches. Once the snow melts I will be able to test it out a bit better.
