    1074 motor cylinder base Oring?

    Guys,

I'm about to put my Wiseco kit in but was reading my CLymer manual first.

there appears to be an oring at the base of each cylinder?

Does anybody have the part number for this item?

    Cheers

      Hey Phil,

I have no idea, was only reading the manual fist to ensure i have everything required for a smooth job.

haven't actually torn the motor down yet, here in Australia parts can sometimes be a wait.

      Cheers

Check the bottom of the barrels that the 4 recess's do not have either old 'O' rings in or bits of rubber gasket. Then make sure that they are firmly pressed into place prior to installing the barrels.
These little s*d's do move at it is very easy to pinch one while installing the barrels. (I've done this job....)
