the float bowl gasket is what goes between the bottom half of the carb with the drain plug in it and the upper portion of the carb body correct???...if so , that cant be it because its coming through the carb but like i said its not enough to even drip or leak its just enough to become shiny and if you rub your finger there its moist .(please refrain from dirty thoughts)8-[ ...i am seriously at a loss ive cleaned the carbs as per the carb cleanup page and installed everything with new everything (literally)...i guess maybe the float needle isnt working properly???....thank you for the input as always [-o<

Think about it. My guess is the (intake cam timing) intake valves are coming off their seats a tad early, is letting a bit of compression blowback through the carbs at idle and what you are seeing is a bit of puddling from this
