    850L firing order

    I have read my manual cover to cover and no wher in there does it tell me what the firing order is for my 80 850L an help would be great

    I have an 850 and I think it is 1 , 3 ,4 , 2 . the order of each compression stroke . of course the coils fire 1 and4 and then 2,3 .

      My books (Clymer) says it's 1, 2, 4, 3.

      In the 850-1100 Shaft Drive book it is on page XII, the Quick Reference Data just before the main part of the book.

      In the 650 book it is on page IX, again, the Quick Reference section.

        OEM Suzuki workshop manual for '79 GS 850 says firing order is 1, 2, 4, 3.
