Hi Kz (Lars). Interesting site......especially using "Babelfish" to translate from the German original text, as recommended on the site.......for example: "A sport cannon for the road with high ripe one,".......not only good GS information, but a laugh a minute, too.

Why don't you just try to learn German Simon?

A GSX is a 16 valve GS. In the US, Suzuki maintained the name GS, in Europe they were called GSX. Same machine, different name.

Wouldn't mind a pair of GSX side badges, just for a different look.

JoJo, why learn German? A ripe sport cannon says it all. Although I must admit I'm not clear on whether they meant that it goes fast or smells bad. :-) :-)

Hmmm, my GS16 valve 1100 is titled as GSX110. I guess its possible it started life in Europe??? puzzling

                Hi Simon,

I just thought that the site had some nice GS/GSX info, unfortunally only in German.

I must admitt that I too had I couple of good laughs , then testing the babelfish translator from German to English.

                BTW:

Lars is my fellow countryman with the GS 1100 E, in the South of Sweden

                Earl,

My former GSX1100 1981 was also called GSX110 in the offical papers, I thought it was a typing error in the official papers.
