Does an 1150 block fit 1100 cases?

Does it fit? What is needed? Thanks.

I think the cases are the same for the two with different size cylinders and a different head.

Thanks, from what I have read in the perf section the wrist pins are larger on the 1150 which creates the problem.

        Its a straight swap.

Then you need the 1150 cylinder head, rocker box, and longer barrel stud's but I' m not sure which ones and how meny.

        Suzuki mad

It's not a straight swap. The 1100 case needs to be bored to accept the slightly larger cylinder sleeves of the 1150 block. I've heard of some people clearancing the cases for the 1150 cylinders by using a round bastard file to slowing remove material until the cylinders fit into the case.

Suzuki had to put larger liners so they could have three overbore pistons kits available for the 1150.

Also the wrist pin issue is real, The11's use 18mm and the1150's use 20mm wrist pins. Need to change pistons or change cranks
