      I just wanted to thank Mr Krause for his very imformative, and proffesional message he wrote about the 550 main jets. I was searching the site looking for ideas about my own machine, and this message helped me fix it right on. Over the winter I put a 2001 Katana e-bay engine into my 1983 GS750ES frame. I am using 1993 electrics, 1983 carbs, and pod filters. Fist test ride produced engine bog over 3000 rpm. I drilled an old set of main jets 1 size up,(about .003") and now I have a sweet running little ride. Thanks Again Larry.

          Thanks for the kind words.
          And on the seventh day,after resting from all that he had done,God went for a ride on his GS!
          Upon seeing that it was good, he went out again on his ZX14! But just a little bit faster!
