Read the can, I think it says on there, post some pictures! I would guess, the longer the better, but I think you may want to "bake" it on. Warm the bike up for a few minutes then let it cool, but I'm no expert.

If you used a typical high-temp rattle can spray, you should be able to run the bike to normal temp almost as soon as the paint is dry to the touch. These paints are nothing more than pigment dispersed in solvent with a little resin included to hold everything together. The heat from a running engine will simply speed up the evaporation of residual solvent that is trapped in the paint layer.

Dang Sconies...always trying to get something / someone baked!!! :-D

Do what Nick said and warm the bike up...not too hot or you'll flake the stuff right off. Warm to slightly hot to the touch will work the best. Hope you spent the time to make sure that it was CLEAN first, or you may not like the outcome. Also...make sure to not "over spray" the heads, as this will decrease there cooling effect. Ya...I know...another topic for discussion!

I have some VHT high heat paint and they recommended heating up the part in stages, getting progressively hotter, with a cool off period in between each stage. Not sure if this is applicable or not for Dupli Color but I'd be careful to not heat it too much the first cycle or you could get some solvent popping.
