Some progress on my GS550 but won't start

    As I mentioned before, I've seen all kinds of variations on "turns" for the pilot screws (that is the proper term). The lowest starting point I've seen recommended is 1.75 turns out.

      Well, got it running. This bike is a blast. It runs and idles great. Best part is, I didn't have to mess with the mixture screws. The whole issue was that the holes in the screw that sthreads into the bottom of the main jets where clogged. Three out of four where fully blocked. Thats why my bike was acting like it was getting no gas. How I missed these during the rebuild beats me. Well thanks for all the help!!!!
