      Hello Mr. scrubby,

I think the Katana is a very cool looking motorcycle. I'm keeping my eye out for a shaft drive model.

      From your link:
      "This repair manual covers Suzuki GSX1000 Katana and GS1000 Katana (GS1000S) UK 1981-1985, US 1981-1982; GSX1100S and GS1100S UK 1981-1985, US 1982-1983; (GSX1100E and GS1100E UK 1979-1984, US 1980-1983); GSX1100ES and GS1100ES UK 1983-1985, US 1983; GSX1100E UK 1985-1988; GSX1100EF UK 1984-1988; GS1150E US 1984-1986; GS1150ES US 1984-1985; GS1100L US 1980. Note: This manual does not cover Suzuki GSXR1100 or GSX1100F models."

If the description is accurate, and your bike is a Katana, then I'd say you have the right manual. It seems to cover a lot of different models. I hope it's not too confusing. I suppose if they are all similar enough then it's no big deal. My Clymer book covers the GS850, 1000, 1100 shafties 1979-1984 US only. Are you in the UK?

      Thank you for your indulgence,

      BassCliff

Yep, that one will do it. I have both & both are good, But if I had my drathers, I'd rather have a SUZUKI factory manual
        1983 GS1100E, 1983 CB1100F, 1991 GSX1100G, 1996 Kaw. ZL600 Eliminator, 1999 Bandit 1200S, 2005 Bandit 1200S, 2000 Kaw. ZRX 1100

Yep covers the range. I'd have to agree with the Suzuki factory manual though!
