Yes I am replacing every #!~!!! phillips head screw I can find with hex head or allen head screws. My old Honda even had them in the engine cases. Talk about a PITA!

Try using a Japanese standard phillips head.

legislation never changes anything, people do. Buy the hex heads and be thankful you have the .80 cents to do it.
