i can't get pilot jet out. unscrewed it but it will not come out someone please let me know what to do. i want to get atleast one carb done tonight

Spray carb cleaner in it and let it sit. It should come out. The o-ring is probably still down in the bore. As they age they often stay behind when the needle comes out.Originally posted by justmount1 View PostComment

Were you referring to the fuel mixture screw? no i was refering to pilot jet i thought it did but i got #2 taken apart and it didn't either so figured it didn'tComment

ok so i got #1&2 carbs taken apart and no guidance line on #2 and also no washer or oring on either air mixture screwComment

The washer and o-ring is still in the carb. Take a look with a flashlight.
