1981 450gl right bank will not fire please help

I have a 81 450gl. it was running great then one day the right bank stopped firing plug is not even getting wet. bowl is getting plenty of fuel. I swapped rubber diaphragms from side to side to no avail. I can prime the right carb with brake clean and cylinder starts firing so I know it is in the carb. These carbs look pretty basic but i a missing something. Please help.

Have you verified spark on that cylinder? If no spark, try swapping the coils - see other posts for why.

This may or may not help, but my 82 GS300L had sit for 12 years. Cleaned carbs put in new plugs and used B12 carb gunk remover in the gas (high test always) for a couple of weeks. I stopped using the B12 and after a couple of tanks the right side started smoking and missing. I put in some B12 and it started running fine again. 2 caps to a tank full.

          Good Luck
