    Air Box

Hi, could anyone tell me if an airbox from a 1980 gs750 would work for a 1979 gs750? I've found one for my bike and the guy says it should work.
    Thanks,
    Aubrey

Different parts showing on BB if it's an E. Remember the '79 had VM carbs and the '80 CV's.

chief, the website doesn't show the 750E. the 79 had cv carbs and the 80 had vm - but were the airboxes really different? they look pretty much the same from pictures I've seen...

Bike Bandit shows two different parts for the two models, completely different.
