we always had the o-rings and washers in stock . you can get them from suppliers like K&L , radio shack has nice little washers and stuff as well . some of the hobby stores who do a lot of RC cars and stuff might have it as well \\/

I ordered up some new orings and washers (needles and springs too, came as a kit) and adjusted the valves. Put it all back together, and it was very hard to start. I eventually push started it, and it ran great other than dieing when I tried to drop idle below 2k. Whatever, I let it run at 2k for half an hour, and went to work. Today, it won't start for anything. It just won't. So

        1. clean carbs
        2. adjusted valves
        3. gas in float bowls
        4. have spark

Why doesn't it run? Why oh why?!?!?

        thanks

Check compression. You said in a earlier post that there was black flakes coming out of the exhaust, maybe the valves are contaminated. Did you have to make any adjustments when you checked the valves?
