bike won't start please help!!!!!

bike was running but only went about 45mph then about 1/2 hour riding bike quit running took off carbs cleaned again.when i took off the carbs i saw that the carb on the left side sits a little low than the one on the right.is this normal?and the butterfly on that side sits a little bit high than the one on the right is this the it should be?i but the butterflys level could this be my starting problem?

Have you pulled the plugs to have a look? Did you the synch the carbs after the "cleaning"? It sounds like (if I'm understanding correctly), that your carbs are out of synch...which would explain the butterfly's open at different levels while the throttle is all the way closed.
You can do a bench sync on them and that will get you close enough to at least rule that out as a starting possibilty.
