Sprocket Size for 630 to 530 convesion

Thanks for the help. I just ordered a 17/47 with a spacer an an o-ring chain. Total came to $138.

How many links on the chain did you get?

The chain came with 120 links and I removed 7. The conversion worked great.

Glad it worked well for you. Do you notice the difference between the 630 and the 530 when riding?

I am not sure can tell a difference apart form it riding smoother and the power band changing a very little. After the rain stops and I get to ride some more I will try to get some more information to report.

It does seem like I am not dragging as much chain around with me. Mostly it is just nice to know that I can trust the new chain.
