or where the oil comes up into the top of the motor i hope this is just a clogged oil route from the bottom.

help no oil in top left of my valve train
i recently had my motor rebuilt and got a lot of noise in the valve train over cyl 1&2 i pulled the valve cover and found that the exhaust valve over cyl 1 especially dry and worn does any one know what caused this
or where the oil comes up into the top of the motor i hope this is just a clogged oil route from the bottom.Tags: None

I would put the engine back together and have the rebuilder come pick it up.

ps. In another thread it was said that the oil comes up around the cylinder head studs.

I had that happen so I pulled the cam off and ran a wire down the oil passage. I put it back together and it worked fine.

What model of bike? If it's anything like mine the cam caps have different type banjo bolts on the intake and exhaust side. They may have gotten mixed up.
