Which order for installing air screws?

2) Small washer next, to provide a flat suface for the spring to compress against.
3) O-ring last.
Take care when re-threading back into the carb body so as not to cross those VERY fine threads. Screw it down until it's GENTLY seated, then back out 2 turns as a starting point. Once the bike is started, adjust from there.'85 GS550L - SOLD

A drop of mineral oil or silicone grease on the o-ring is advised to keep it from chunking when you install the screw.Ed

Here's the best value on the internet - hopefully you're replaced ALL the o-rings in the carbs, as well as the intake O-rings.
