The 550's were 32's as well, but they use different intake boots for some reason.Last edited by Nessism; 10-27-2007, 05:49 AM.Ed

What year is your 550??? My wife's "85" GS 550 has only 2 carbs, Don't remember what year this set up started, but I think The GS 550's were the only 4 cyl GS's with only 2 carbs.1983 GS1100E, 1983 CB1100F, 1991 GSX1100G, 1996 Kaw. Does anybody know what the compatibility of the boots between different models? Do they vary a lot between different engine sizes?

You can compare the part numbers on line at places like Alpha Sports or Flat Out. I don't think you will find a lot of crossover since the 16 valve engines have a different style boots than the 8 valve engines and the VM carb bikes are different again. http://alpha-sports.com/suzuki_parts.htmEd
