Fuel level sender info
Can anyone tell me the high/low ohm range of our GS tank fuel-level senders. I thought this was in Jethro's posts somewhere, but I couldn't find it.
Thanks, HughTags: None

Thanks, Steve. The digital gauges @ www.kosonorthamerica.com need approx. 100 - 500 ohm range to function. I imagine I could increase resistance of the factory sender with some in-line resistor-doodad to get it in the right ballpark. *doodad is an official electrical engineering term*

You could get the warning light to work right but I'd guess that's it. Probably better call them and find out for sure. You can add resistance but you can't multiply it. Maybe you can adapt a fuel level sender that it's designed for.

Groundhogging involves placing your back to your work, and turning the switch ON behind your back.
If you see your shadow on the wall in front of you, you will have another six weeks of troubleshooting. :-\"
