How can you move the carrier without trimming the inner spacer. Please tell me you have on in your wheel.

Sorry dude it must be all the fumes. Looking at this wheel, the sprocket sits up against the wheel casting. If you trim 1/2 and inch out of the cush... you have to trim the spacer and machine the wheel casting?? or the carrier doesn't move??

someone help me. What am I not getting here?????????????????????????

It's all there. Give it a rest already, all the parts save the cush drive rubbers are stock and present. It works. That's it.

No, the 90's wheels are 6mm narrower and fit perfectly. IN fact, the early 90's wheels can use the gs sprocket carrier. If you use the gs sprocket carrier though you have to swap out the carrier spacer too as it is a couple mm shorter. If you use a gs spacer with the gsxr carrier you will gernade the carrier bearing as you will be putting side load on it and they don't like that.
