Bad valve seals or Oil Scraper rings???

it's valve seals when it doesn't smoke on normal running but if you down shift and engine brake and smoke pours out the exhaust then its seals becuase the engine vaccume is pulling oil past them. If it is blowing smoke while normal running then you have bad rings the oil is getting past them and being burned.
checl your compression number
How long have you had the bike? if you haven't ridden it long maybe one or some of the rings frozen. You could take out the spark plugs pour in some seafoam into the holes let it sit for a day or to keep the plugs out and turn the motor over for a bit. then install plugs and running it for a while. see if that helps.
