Sea foam is good stuff. Use it regularly.
They just were bought last year or the year before by Cedar Fair Amusment who obviously owns Cedar point, but you are partially right, they were a Six Flags for a bit But more recently were owned by Paramount studios.

Good morning waltfen, My friendly neighborhood AutoZone lady also mentioned a product called Lucas fuel treatment. This link should get you there.
I went with the Sea Foam because of the positives from everyone on this site. I don't know if Lucas is available to you but they had a place on their site to buy on line. Good luck. If I hear of anything else, I'll pass it on.

It's funny how this thread has jumped from Sea Foam (for the ride) to amusement parks (with rides). We go the the islands at least three or four times a summer but we also end up on Catawba Island the other three seasons. We love it there.

One of two products for cleaning out carbs and removing intake valve deposits that I have heard actually work. It has a sterling reputation with most anyone who has used it.
BTW, the other product is Chevron Techron fuel treatment. A trusted aquaintance used it with excellent results as well.

Both seafoam and techron work well. I just picked up an little used 2002 KLR 650 (3600 miles). Had some older gas in the tank, so I poured in a can of seafoam, and topped off the tank with fresh fuel, and it has really started to smooth out. Plan to treat again, as well. First full tank of fresh fuel after I ran the majority of the initial tank out was just over 54 mpg!! Wahoo!!Mike
