Holland is beautiful in the summer. I would have a lot of fun riding through such a beautiful country on my GS motorcycle. And now, here is my "official" unofficial welcome.

Offcourse you would have a lot of fun riding trough holland, but it will be only for a short periode of time, as holland is only 155 kilometers wide and about 300 kilometers long ( thats about 97 and 188 miles)
Then again, where else do you have the possibillity to travel the whole country north to south twice a day\\/

doesn't fit

Hi there,
I can tell you now for sure that the dustcovers of a 1978 GS 1000 will not fit the swingarm of a 1983 GS 1100. This morning i bought a set of dustcovers for the '83 GS 1100, and they just fit without the use of tools.
So if somebody ever should ask if they are interchangable, they are not.
(So, i'm off to the shed and start working again)
