    GS1100ED Carb Part #s

Ordered my Dynojet kit from MAWonline (A WEEK ago...) and in the process of clenaing up the carbs i had to use easyouts on some of my mixture screws (the ones that were capped) as well as the pilot jets beside the mains.

So since i'm going to start with chef1366's suggestions:

    Dynojet setup. 138 mains
    47.5 pilot
    Needle second notch from bottom
    170 pilot air jet
Bike idles great, has no hesitation and rocks on full throttle.
i'll need to replace the pilots, pilot air jets and top mixture screws.

..I jsut can't find PART NUMBERS for all of these. Can anyone point me to where i can get them so i can get up and running?

The kit is going to have everything you need unless you trashed the pilot screws removing the caps (or have a torn diaphragm, or a torn gasket). The kit will also include a drill bit and reverse threaded screw to get the caps out.

These are the parts i had to use an extractor to remove. The pilots are already 47.5s so i just need to replace them with the same items. The mixture screw however i can't find ANYWHERE.

That is what I am having troubles finding as well. I posted in the parts wanted section. I will let you know if I hear anything. Or come up with a different idea.

I'm just confused because you said you ordered the dynojet kit. It contains everything you need, no other pilots screws or jets are needed. If you install it per their specs, it will be 95% (or better) correct right out of the box with no tweaking.

Because some of them were damaged. That's why i had to use an extractor.

Z1 Enterprises specializes in quality Motorcycle parts for Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha Classic Japanese motorcycles from the 1970's and 1980's.

                    There we go!

Kinda pricey at 7 bucks a pop though. It'd probably be more sane to replace the single broken one and just be REALLY careful next time :P
