    Mirrors

82' 850GZ. I was wondering about purchasing these mirrors from JC Whitney. http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/P...014469/c-10111 . Do I have to purchase this anti-vibration spacer that they sell? http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/P...014469/c-10111 . I just dont know if the mirrors are going to be okay for me to look into being 6'0". Just wondering if I would be wasting my time with the spacers. Thanks.

Those look nice and the dampers might actually work. I would be more concerned with the short stems. Youre probably going to see alot more of your arms than whats behind you.

Thats what I was thinking of, but I just dont like the original ones I have on. They are the long stem with big oval mirror. They look too bulky to me. Just looking for a change ya know?

With stems that short, all you're going to see is your hands and forearms. :-)

I'm not overly heighty and even with the long stalk style suzuki mirrors, I have to drop my arm in and move my shoulder to get a good look behind myself. Raising the mirror up would be a bonus.

You guys have a good point about the height and what I would be able to see and not see. I guess I was just looking for something that isn't so bulky to go with a new set of front and rear blinkers I bought on fea bay.

It's important for mirrors to look cool but only if you can see out of them. I would consider mounting them somewhere lower or out more so you have visibility.

Where I ride i think they offer bonus round points for taking out a bike, I have to watch them while they dial their cellphones/.
