        Hey Steve, your excel spreadsheet definitely kicks ass. It totally helped me in picking out the shims that I needed and is great for continuing documentation on valve adjustments :-D. Cheers, bro.

          If there is a way to attach a file to a PM, I have not found it, so it has to go via e-mail.

          I just checked my Outbox and found it still there.

            No. Adjust your valves according to Suzuki recommendations. For the 650G, this is at

            1,000
            4,000
            7,500
            11,000
            15,000 miles and every 4,000 miles forever after.

            What I am saying is that, other than rubber parts and possibly gaskets, your engine is almost brand new, even though it was made 26 years ago. Treat it well, and do the routine maintenance such as valve adjustments, and you see 110,000 miles from it.
