Ok. Next issue. Wont turn over.

Wont even click. Pretty sure wiring is ok, but I've been wrong before.

Everything else works. Turn signals, all lighting, gear indicators, all ok.

Not sure what the issue is. In neutral, clutch lever pulled, no clicky.

Any ideas? Worked before I took it apart?

jump the solenoid. take a cable and jump from the positive battery terminal to the red cable to the starter motor and see if it turns over. might be a bad solenoid. also, check your grounds.

Clean the kill switch and bypass the clutch safety switch.

I do see one thing missing from the list.

        Key ON. ](*,) :-\"

Yeah, you can do like catbed suggests, too. Short the large terminals on the solenoid, the starter should turn. It won't matter if the key is on, clutch not pulled, kill switch in the OFF position, the starter should turn. If it doesn't, you either have a dead battery, a bad starter or bad ground wire from the engine to the battery.

Laid a screwriver over the terminals on the solenoid.

          Engine turned over.

All grounds are clean and tight.

Still wont work with the switch. Will try cleaning the switch out tonight.

Cleaned switch, no go. Still nothing. Key is ON, trans in N, Clutch pulled, kill switch in RUN position, no results. Nothing. Bypassed clutch switch, nothing. clutch switch operational according to multimeter.

Turns over fine with the screwdriver across the solenoid terminals.

            Some random readings:

            Across the solenoid terminals: 12V
Across 'head' fuse, 12V with headlight on, 0.0 with it off.
            Across 'signal' fuse, 12V
            Across 'ignition' fuse, 12V
            Across 'main' fuse, 12V
*Across 'power source' fuse, 0.0V* -Is this normal?

Any help here would be great, as if this can be figgered out, I could go for a shakedown ride tomorrow!

            HALP!

If you didn't take the fuse out then 0V is normal across the fuse assuming by across the fuse you are implying the leads of the meter are each going to one end of the fuse.

I did pull the fuse to check. Still 0.0V.

Regardless, I found the problem. Never grounded the fuse box. Thought the two loop connectors both went to the battery box, looked at the side of the fuse box and saw there was supposed to be a connector there.

Hooked a ground to it and boom-outta here.
