    Clutch Hub Removel

Can you remove the nut from the clutch hub by leaving the bike in gear and stepping on the brake. How hard is it to pull the hub off?

Sometimes that will work with a 32mm socket and a breaker bar. I bought a Harbor Freight electric impact driver. I works great for the clutch hub nut and the counter sprocket nut.

Once the nut is off the hub comes right off.

If you have mag wheels you can also put a 2x4 between the spokes

Good opportunity to replace it with the heavy duty one.

I welded up one of these from an old steel clutch plate.
              Works great.
