Posting my re-jetting results. Useful or not?
I am in the process of re-jetting my 1977 GS-750 with pods and 4 into 1. I have spent several hours reading through lots of posts with regards to this issue. Needless to say, these posts have been nothing short of invaluable. What I would like to know is, would it be useful information for others with the same bike to post my information when I get the bike dialed in? Could possibly be used for getting one in the ball park to begin with as opposed to "these settings will work for you too". Info such as main jet size, clip postion, fuel screw/air screw turns.... Due to rain for the next couple of days I can't get out to do WOT plug check with the 127.5 mains I just put in yesterday.

Adding to the collective knowledge
Hi Mr. TBC,
I concur with Mr. Steve. This information would be very handy for those with similar bikes with similar mods. At the very least your findings would serve as a baseline and/or starting point. Thanks for sharing your efforts.
Thank you for your indulgence,
BassCliff

Very usefull, and yes especially on this particular model. There is little info for it, and due to it having a little bit different jets to start with, the VM info found (what little there is) sometimes is not exactly helpfull. But, just for your INFO, I do think you are definately on the right track with where you are at, as *I* am in the same place with my 77 750. Unfortunately, this last bout of rain did a number on my carbs (i dont have a garage and the cover, even tho used, was just about useless in 100mph winds and driving rain) and one is completely frozen. Waiting for a new set from EBay to test my jetting set up as well.
