    Parts Manual for GS1000G 80/81

I have compiled a parts manual for the GS1000GT/X and have provided for entering any generic part numbers such as bearings, O-rings, seals etc. If anyone finds it usefull and can contribute such replacement part numbers I will gladly add and update.
Download from here, only 4.5M http://www.mediafire.com/?swxxnmmj1um
Hope it you find it usefull.:grin:

    Good Stuff Andre.
I particularly liked the explanation of the "O" ring Criteria. Some really good information in there.
    Cheers

      Don,
I am right down to the bare frame now and looking at respraying or powder coating the frame. Was also wondering about sandblasting.
The parts list was to help on reassembly and also to record any non OEM equivalent parts as I go on. I was just found a local source for Motrix cables that are cheaper than having them rebuilt and they have all except the choke cable in stock!
      Keep well.

matchless, you crazy man, how long did it take you to do that file???
        great info on o-rings
and should be useful for my 850g as most things other than the engine are identical
        cheers

          psyguy,
Fortunately the weather was poor here and I spent nearly 3 days working on it. I slightly underestimated the magnitude, although it does not look like much after completion!
I will make a printout for my garage today, as I intend using it for reference as I start re-assembling. The couple of blank pages are unfortunately generated due to the layout I used.
The O-ring info came from an article I found a long time ago.
Glad you can use it as well.
