question about oil i bought

Lessee...if you check the website for Motorcycle Consumer News you may find an archive of some oil tests they have done. they won't be completely accurate today sice Zinc has been reduced, but it will give you a good idea.
And you might be surprised.

oil and petcock

thanks again guys. next time i'll try the shell rotella.and thanks macmatic for the offer but i ordereed the o rings last sat. and they should be in this sat, i hope. the petcock was bad. i tryed it with gas in the tank and sucked on the vaccum line to try to open it. the only setting it would work on was prime. so i did order a new one which should be in this weekend also. my guess is the last owner ran it on prime, as it was frozen on it when i got the bike. thanks so much everyone. i don't know what i would heave done with the bike if it wasn';t for all the help so far.who would have know that there would have been so many people dedicated to suzuki gs,s.
