    82 GS450L signal generator

    Hi Everyone New here Helping my dad get his bike running. can anyone tell me how to check the signal generator? Thanks for the help

      To check the signal generator, connect an ohm meter between each signal wire and ground, it should read 60-80 ohms for each wire, if not the signal generator is bad. Hope this helps!!

          Pretty sure I have a spare signal generator assembly from my ill fated '81 450 if you need them. Drop me a PM if you signal generators are bad and I'll send it your way.
