Fattening her up....GS1100G carb bumps...
It occurs to me, after consulting with the hive, that I would like to fatten the 1100 up a lil bit, to get rid of that slight hesitation when givin her the whip. I have been told to shim the needle, and maybe bump the main...so in bumping the main, whats the suggestion? half size bump or a whole bump? Anyone? TIA!

Try the needles first. You don't even have to take the carbs off to do it. Worked wonders on my bikes.Ed

Something I learned today
The spacer is 2.5mm. Radio crap washers are .5mm. So 5 washers make the spacer. Start with 3 which is like raising the needle one notch.
There is a washer under the clip and one over the clip (I believe). Keep those in place. Awesome! I have to go do Inventory at work in the AM, but its more or less a half day for me, so I will hit up the radio jack on the way home. You guys know what size (diameter or whatever) you used?

You do inventory on the first? I was up at 5am jetting my bike to make it to work by 8. Even got Fourth of July ordered (1000 people) and home by 12 with $20'000 in product.
Got home to do what???
