    Carb spring and steel ball???

These tiny parts fell out when I seperated the carbs. I had never seen them on any other carb, so I figured they were just debris that had been thrown into the box the carbs were in, hahahha.

Anyway, I looked it up, and apparently they really are part of the carbs. It looks like they might be part of a choke rod detent system, bit I can't quite tell.

    Anyone? The numbers are 57 & 58

First of all, what bike are we talking about?

I have dismantled several different sets of CV carbs, and have not yet seen said ball and spring.
From the diagram, it's hard to tell exactly where they go.

What sort of contraption might these be from?

      A 1947 Hupmobile?

      A 1953 Tohatsu Runpet?

A Suzuki GS motorcycle of some sort, mayhap?
