What are these on my '83 1100ED carbs??

So while looking at my carbs, I noticed I have a few screws that look like there are stripped. I remember a few years back when I took her to the local Suzuki dealer, the mechanic said he couldn't synch my carbs because they were stripped.
Well,looking thru B.Bandit and AlphaSports, I can't find a name or PN for these screws.
They are the ones circled in the pic.

They are right above the buttefly valves.

Those are your pilot fuel screws, usually kept under caps from the factory. Your carb synch screws are on top of #17, #22, and I can't tell on the last one (there are 3 of them).

Would I or should I pull the screws out and replace them since a few of the heads are stripped or what??
Will they have any effect on a synch??

They don't effect sync but they do effect idle/low speed mixture. Z1 sells replacements.

Pilot screws

I just got done dealing with this problem.
They are factory set and blocked off with plugs, which must be drilled out, very carefully so as not to damage the top of the screws. (There are descriptions of how to do this in the tech forum)
The problem is that when these plugs are put in at the factory, it often damages the female threads of the pilot screw port. (I had one that when I backed the screw all the way out was so tight that it messed up the screw slot on the top anyway. I managed to get it out with out destroying it though, and filed down the top flat and using an Exacto file made a new slot, which worked ok - whew!)
If I was doing it over I would buy a tap to fit the hole, grind of the tapered part to make a "bottoming tap" and chase the threads before attempting to back the pilot screw out, thus insuring that it's not damaged in the process.
If you can indeed find replacement screws that's good because the dealer doesn't have a part number for them that I could determine.
Once you get them back in safely follow the instructions in the tech forum for setting them up.
