High Beam problem on an '82 GS750T

I have recently procured my first bike, an '82 GS750T. I will be rebuilding it over the summer, which I am really excited about. Something I noticed about the bike is that it has a high-beam indicator (that indicates the high beams are not on), but I can't find a switch to turn the high beams on. Usually it is a switch by the left thumb, but my bike does't have a switch there. Does this bike come with a hidden high-beam switch? If not, is there a way to add one, or at least run high beams all the time?

    Thanks for your help!!

Try pushing the turn signal button UP instead of left or right.

I was going to suggest the same thing. That's how my '82 1100E switch works.
