Hi Guys!!!!!! Have Checked The Charging System>its Working Well.checked All Ignition Wires> All Ok? Tried Bike Again> Ran Alot Better But Still Pops Now And Then. What Else Can It Be?????:-?

Its always the carbs...lol

Did you rebuild them? If not..order the parts...get the o-rings...download the tutorial, and grab a beer.

The Carbs Were Rebuilt When The Harris Exhaust+k-n Filters Were Fitted, The Jets Were All Changed To Suit The Set Up. Could There Be A Slight Blockage Now And Then Causing The Problem?????

Before messing with the carbs, make sure your valves are within specification and all rubber air intake boots are sealed to prevent air leaks. Also verify the timing of the bike by adjusting the points. If you adjust the carbs now with those things wrong, you will not get the desired results.
