Well Skip, if setting and timing the points doesnt solve it, I would swap the condensors to make sure it isnt just a bad condensor, (or justinstall a new one on the right pointset if I had one) After that, if there is no improvement, I would replace the right coil if I had a spare, or swap the two on the bike to see if the problem changed to the other two cylinders.
Either way, you will know exactly what the problem is.

You need to change those 2 black spark plugs now, too. Once they are gas-fouled, they need to be changed (or sand-blasted clean).Comment
