    help:( gas cap ?

    does anyone know where i can find a new rubber gasket for this gas cap. i have searched every where, but no luck.i know you guys can point me in the right direction.














    I didnt do it I swear !!

    Make one out of gas resistant rubber.
    1983 GS 1100E w/ 1230 kit, .340 lift Web Cams, Ape heavy duty valve springs, 83 1100 head with 1.5mm oversized SS intake valves, 1150 crank, Vance and Hines 1150 SuperHub, Star Racing high volume oil pump gears, 36mm carebs Dynojet stage 3 jet kit, Posplayr's SSPB, Progressive rear shocks and fork springs, Dyna 2000, Dynatek green coils and Vance & Hines 4-1 exhaust.
    1985 GS1150ES stock with 85 Red E bodywork.

            my bike is a 79 gs550e but it has so many parts from different models and years lol. i call her my mutt.

                I've ordered from them before and their service and prices are pretty good.

                  sweet my local dealer has them. everytime i try to find something they say they dont make them no more. so i just gave up trying them. i have spent a crap load of money on ebay though.

                      Wow funny i should be browsing around and see this... about a week late >< I had the same problem, but my entire housing for it was busted, cheap ass plastic, my fix? While digging through the tool box for my gasket set, i came across a 4 in 1 screwdriver, one thing led to another, and viola! I had a new housing + seal for my gas cap.
