GS450 motor into a GS425 will it fit up?

Okay, I confess it was cheap and complete and man it looked good and I paid the man the bucks ($200). It's a GS450 twin that is c/w carbs and airbox that I thought would make a good spare for the GS425. But looking at it with a bigger sump and a little diff in sidecovers(no kick starter), will it fit straight into my frame? Has anyone done similar??

No personal experience but my understanding is that the exhaust pipes come out at a different angle between the 400/425 and the 450. Don't think the new engine will be a direct bolt in.
