    Go check your sprocket nuts....

Just inspected the 1000, found all six rear sprocket nuts loose, even though the lock tabs were all bent up properly.
Check yours, I bet somebody has a few loose screws!

I just found mine are loose to!

I just posted an issue about this. I went to change my rear bearings on my wheel and found my sprocket was loose due to the holes on the aluminum hub it bolts onto are slightly widened. What is the fix?

Only tkent could get away with saying we had some of us have loose screws. Of course we do we ride old bikes. Solve your loose screws on the sprocket, go shaftie.

              shaft

since we are strictly talking about old GSs here, I'll take the shaft.
